My boyfriend I love Taco Mac and come here often but tonight was a particularly enjoyable experience. The service was above and beyond and our food came out very quickly. Our server Juan did a great job of letting us know about new items on the menu and making sure we had everything we needed. Shoutout to manager Hailey, she was super sweet and accommodating. Definitely will be back !!!

Food was as to be expected. Generally speaking, if you have wings at this location they are going to taste like wings from the one down the street. I'm actually not going to include my order as I don't think it's necessary here, and my hope is not to have management target a particular individual for my upcoming complaint and instead for management to take the opportunity to gather the team and go over expectations. My frustration began with me ordering a drink. I ordered my drink and for the next fifteen minutes watched as diners who arrived after me had already received theirs. Before I know it, the food has arrived. I understand my waitress forgetting my drink, I can totally accept that. What's a bit harder to accept is seeing it sit on the counter for almost 10 minutes after it was made, just sit there. I observed multiple waiters/waitresses with nothing else to do, apparent by them laughing and dancing and standing around the entrance. It was cool to see them having fun at work, honestly. The impression I was left with was why is this team not helping each other out? The lady who made the drink could have even brought it out if my waitress was busy- but she just paraded around taking sips from her Stanley. Taco mac is my current "flavor of the year" and I'm visiting a Tacomac nearly weekly- this is probably the only time I've left one a bit frustrated. The location is awesome and this taco mac definitely could have more to offer compared to others I've been to as I really liked the differing layout and uppe[r] scale area this one is situated in-- but we gotta work together!
Huge draft beer selection. Wings not from frozen chicken small but good quality. Train wreck nacho filling. Steak quesadilla hit the spot. Screens everywhere. Good place to see sports. Auburn, Ohio State?
While the food was excellent, I must deduct a star for the crazy scene we witnessed: an employee went nuts in the front, smashing dishes and yelling f-bombs. Police came. This definitely soured the atmosphere of our dinner with friends. On the plus side my tacos were delicious.
